Andrii Biletskyi

Andrii Biletskyi is an Administrative Director and researcher of the Anti-Corruption Research and Educational Centre (ACREC) at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy (Kyiv, Ukraine). In this position, he’s mainly engaged in expert work, writing research, and conducting trainings on anti-corruption issues. His area of expertise includes corruption risk assessment, drafting of anti-corruption programs for government authorities and NGOs, corruption prevention measures, analysis of the work of anti-corruption authorities, and whistleblowers protection. Andrii holds a PhD in Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penitentiary Law from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University. Now he’s doing his postdoctoral research on vetting procedures of justice officials at the University of Zurich.
