Joyce Zoe Banks

Joyce Zoe Banks is a PhD candidate in Public Administration at the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration (IDHEAP) at the University of Lausanne. Her PhD thesis, as part of a Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF)-funded interuniversity project, navigates the role of governance in public sector digitalization utilizing mixed-methods.

Zoe holds an MA in Governance, Development and Public Policy from the Institute of Development Studies in Brighton, England and a BSc in Development studies from Lund University in Lund, Sweden.
